Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your new Almost Home product. However, if you change your mind for any reason, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return your item for a refund or exchange (subject to availability).

Before returning an item please fill in the returns request form at almosthome.shop/pages/returns 

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a prepaid returns shipping label along with full return instructions by email.

Please note our customer care team operates during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm BST.

Returns Process

  1. Complete the returns request form at almosthome.shop/pages/returns 
  2. Enter your order number, email address and return type: refund / exchange.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  4. Please print the shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel. Where possible, cover the original shipping label.
  5. Place the item(s) back into the original packaging and seal the parcel securely.
  6. Drop your parcel at your nearest UPS Access Point. You can find your nearest location here: UPS Access Point Locator
  7. You will receive email updates throughout the process, from drop-off through to delivery at our warehouse.
  8. You will receive a notification once we have received your parcel. Once inspected and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Important Information

• The cost of the prepaid return label depends on the region the return is being shipped from.

• For refunds, the return label cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

• For exchanges, the return label cost will be charged separately.

• All returned products must be in their original condition, with tags and security seals still attached.

• Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be rejected.

• Refunds are generally processed within 7 days of receiving and approving your return.

• During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

• Any unregistered items included in a return cannot be processed.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If a manufacturing fault occurs within 2 months of purchase, please contact our customer care team immediately and we will review the issue.
